Mr Clearance is a South African online clearance store operated as a family business based in Lansdowne, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.

Our website is accessible at webuyanything.xyz. We sell a variety of clearance and discounted products including clothing, footwear, electronics, accessories, homeware, aprons, and workwear.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
• Stock availability is not guaranteed. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a refund or substitution.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are complete or error-free.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp after submission.
• Payment is required before goods are dispatched or made available for collection.
• We accept payment via PayFast, which supports Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, and Capitec Pay.
• All payment transactions are processed securely through PayFast. Mr Clearance does not store your card or banking details.
• In the event of a failed or declined payment, your order will not be processed.

5. Delivery & Collection

We offer the following fulfilment options:

• Local Delivery: Available within a 5km radius of Lansdowne, Cape Town. Delivery fee is R50. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm.
• PAXI/PUDO Courier: For customers outside our local delivery zone, we offer PAXI and PUDO courier options. Prices vary depending on parcel size and delivery speed.
• Collection: Customers may collect their orders free of charge from our address in Lansdowne, Cape Town. Collection times are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control including courier delays, public holidays, and adverse weather.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

In summary:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or collection for defective or incorrect items.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

7. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• We collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and delivery address solely for the purpose of processing your order.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your information is stored securely using Google Firebase.
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
• By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Mr Clearance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
